Job Description:
Our Fort St John, BC client has an immediate opening for a Team Leader in their Contaminated Sites Group. The Contaminated Sites Group provides site assessment and remediation services in both the local commercial and energy sectors. Your role will involve networking with an experienced team in the provision of excellent client service on diverse projects in the environmental field. A requirement of this position will be a desire to develop and lead the Contaminated Sites Group in one or more of their firm’s strategic markets (commercial development, energy and transportation). You will provide a good balance of hands-on technical specialist leadership and mentorship/development of junior staff.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
• B.Sc. or B.Eng. in an environmental discipline and have professional status in your field
• Minimum of three years of consulting experience or relevant practical experience
• Extensive knowledge of site assessment, remediation technologies and environmental regulations and processes
• Self-motivated, team-oriented leader with a commitment to technical excellence
