Senior Air Pollution Control Design Engineer, Portland, OR
Our client is an employee owned and a full service environmental and engineering consulting firm with offices in the Northwest and worldwide. We are seeking a Mid to Senior Level Engineer to assist with the expansion of their successful industrial ventilation/air pollution control system design practice. The successful candidate will manage projects and proposals, perform a variety of tasks such as engineering calculations, prepare design drawings, develop emission estimates, prepare reports, proposals, applications and review regulations.
This position requires a minimum of 5 years experience including the design of air pollution control systems. A degree in mechanical or chemical engineering and a professional registration, or be on track to obtain a P.E., is a strong asset. Candidates must have proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and MS Project software. Excellent technical writing skills, analytical and detail oriented profile along with strong and well rounded consultative skills will ensure a future with this very dynamic and forward thinking firm.
