Excellent opportunity for an experienced civil engineer with experience in designing and constructing storm water, waste water, and infrastructure projects. Experience in pipe sizing, paving, earth moving, storm water basin sizing, storm water treatment, waste water treatment are strong assets. Must have detailed understanding of construction techniques, contracting processes and bidding processes for related civil engineering/construction projects.
