Our Portland client is quickly becoming the “go to” firm air quality and environmental expertise. They are presently seeking mid to senior level engineers or scientists to assist with the expansion of their industrial ventilation/air pollution control system design practice. The successful candidates will manage projects and proposals; perform a variety of tasks (engineering calculations; prepare design drawings; develop emission estimates; prepare reports, proposals, and applications; review regulations) and develop and manage client relationships.
This position requires a minimum of five years experience including the design of air pollution control systems. Candidates must have a degree in mechanical or chemical engineering and a professional registration (or be on track to obtain a P.E.). Candidates must have proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and MS Project software. Must have good technical writing skills. Candidate must be a well-rounded, versatile individual who can do well at general air quality permitting and compliance consulting, as well as excelling in the required air quality engineering.
